Jennifer Lopez celebrates the 20th anniversary of ‘Wedding Planner’ and talks about botox
That same weekend, Lopez’s second album, J.Lo, topped the Billboard 200 chart, making her the country’s No. 1 album. “The Wedding Planner” stars Lopez and Matthew McConaughey reunited on Instagram Live Tuesday to discuss the filming.
“It still feels like we were in the middle of this area with the cinema just yesterday,” Lopez told McConaughey. “I enjoyed working with you so much. It was a magical time. I’m also so romantic that working on films like this feels real to me.”
Separately, Lopez has spoken out about her seemingly timeless looks, telling People magazine that she doesn’t use injectables.
“I’m not judging anyone. If you want to do botox and injections, that’s fine! But I don’t want people lying on top of me and saying, ‘Oh, she’s trying to believe this stuff works,'” she said.
Lopez claims that she uses her own skin care line, JLo Beauty, which she launched earlier this month.
“I’ll tell you what I do that works,” she said. “Please don’t call me a liar. I don’t have to lie about things. I’ve been pretty honest all my life.”
