Cheese chips recipe
● 2 teaspoons of olive oil
● 2 jalapeños in 1/4 “thick slices, cores eliminated (or retailer spicier!)
● 6 ounces Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
● 1 teaspoon of oregano
● 1 teaspoon of paprika
● 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Toss the jalapeño (2 slices) in olive oil (2 teaspoons) and place in a single layer on the ready baking sheet. Bake within the preheated oven for 10-Quarter-hour, or till tender and crispy.
3. Take away the jalapeños from the baking sheet and put aside.
4. Place small piles of Tillamook Sharp Cheddar grated cheese on the baking sheet and flatten the tops. Sprinkle with equal quantities of oregano (1 teaspoon), paprika (1 teaspoon) and garlic powder (2 teaspoons), then pour a jalapeño over every.
5. Bake within the oven for 5-7 minutes or till the cheese is crispy and golden brown. Let your chips cool on the baking sheet.
