Wedding rings, wallet and more stolen from the vehicle

Shortly after Christmas, numerous items, including wedding rings, were stolen from a vehicle in Bundaberg Süd.

Senior policewoman Brittany Duncan said police are asking for public assistance in finding the property, particularly the wedding rings, which the victims were dying to bring back.

She said a vehicle was illegally entered on Goodwin Street, Bundaberg South between December 26 and 27.

“A number of items were stolen at the time, including bank cards, wallet, cordless drill, impact wrench, rotary hammer and battery,” said Sen Const Duncan.

“Sentimental items were also stolen, including the victims’ wedding rings.

“The rings are described as three gold-plated wedding rings in rose gold, yellow gold and white gold.”
